The Consumer Law Academic Network (CLAN), Lancaster Universitym Law School, UK
CLAN is a network of consumer law scholars based in the United Kingdom. Its membership however includes international scholars, academics in related disciplines, legal practitioners and other user groups, such as NGOs.
CLAN seeks to provide a focus for discussion and research of consumer law and policy. It organises seminars and conferences and undertakes research projects and consultancies.

National associations
The Finnish Association for Consumer Law
The Finnish Association for Consumer Law (Suomen Kuluttajaoikeudellinen Yhdistys r.y.) was founded in 1997. Its object is to increase general knowledge on consumer law and to promote research in consumer law in Finland. The association also functions as a forum for co-operation for those active in the field of consumer law.
